Teams of 7-8 people will be made through a fun filled activity. May take around 20minutes. But hey! Don’t judge a book by it’s cover!!

The jam requires you to base your work on a theme which can be interpreted by the team in whatever way they want to.
7:00 PM
After interpreting the theme, the teams are required to come up with a problem statement which they will solve over the next two days.
8:00 PM
End of Day 1 by 8:30 PM
After the problem statement has been written down and finalised by the team, it is shared with the rest of the teams. Feedback is taken and a few changes can be made.
DAY 2
Saturday

Arrive
Teams are required to work on the key challenge that they have identified. Mentors from the realm of design will provide inputs to the team.
An interview schedule or an online form will be prepared by the teams for collecting data. Research areas where secondary literature has to be found will be identified.
10:30 AM
Primary research can be done either outdoors or within the jam premises, depending upon the teams problem areas.
Speakers will give a talk on a particular area. Teams are required to check the details either with the organisers or in the social media posts regarding the talks.

Teams are required to build a business model based on the service they are building.
3:00 PM
A service map will include the details of how your company works. Right from the back end to the front end of the service being provided. It is a blueprint of the service.
Speakers will give a talk on a particular area. Teams are required to check the details either with the organisers or in the social media posts regarding the talks.
5:00 PM
Wrap up Day 2 by 7:30 PM
Ideas can be taken from the other teams or just a revision of the ideas can be done by the team
